Yes, the service is available both for new projects and for operating restaurants that need to strengthen their team or replace key employees.

For line staff (waiter, cook) — 1-2 weeks. For management positions (head chef, manager) — 2-4 weeks. We do not rush — it is better to find the right person than to fill a vacancy quickly.

Yes, we support the adaptation of a new employee and provide a guarantee period. If a person does not pass the probationary period, we conduct the recruitment again.
