Venue Concept

We develop a complete concept for a restaurant or complex: contexts, mission, strategy, a portrait of the customers and their needs, the business model, the value proposition, and key performance indicators.

A concept is not just a description of the interior and the menu. It is a holistic vision of the business that shapes every subsequent decision: from choosing the location to hiring the last waiter.

What the Concept Includes

Location Selection

How We Analyze a Location

Assessment of pedestrian and vehicle traffic at different times of day. Analysis of the target audience — who lives and works nearby, and whether this matches your concept. A map of competitors within the accessibility radius. Technical assessment of the premises: ventilation, electrical supply, water supply, permissible load. Legal review — zoning, permits, restrictions.
